Welcome to Harvezo. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of harvezo.com (the "Website") and your purchase of any product or service from Harvezo ("Harvezo", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Website, contacting us to place an order, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. About Harvezo

Harvezo provides hydroponic consulting, hands-on trainings, workshops and masterclasses, and fresh microgreens in and around Pune. We may also supply hydroponic equipment and related supplies, and offer instalment or Rent-to-Own arrangements for equipment, against a written quotation or agreement (together, the "Services"). Items we supply are referred to as "Products".

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products, pricing and availability

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, including GST, are shown or added as stated in your quote, invoice or checkout.
• We may change prices, plans, offers and availability at any time. The price confirmed to you in writing (WhatsApp, email or invoice) at the time of your order applies to that order.
• Product photos are illustrative. Colours, dimensions and plant varieties may vary slightly.
• We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if the delivery address is outside our service area. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the amount in full.

4. Orders and payments

• An order is confirmed only when we acknowledge it in writing and receive your payment (or the first instalment, for plans).
• Payments are accepted through UPI and through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details, UPI PIN, banking passwords or OTPs.
• For UPI payments made directly to our UPI ID, please quote the reference code shown at checkout and share your UTR (transaction reference) so we can verify the payment. Verification may take some time.
• You agree to provide accurate contact, address and payment information. You are responsible for payments made from your account.

5. Delivery and installation

Delivery, installation and logistics terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates. You are responsible for making sure the installation site is ready, with the required space and a working power point.

6. Instalment and Rent-to-Own arrangements

• Under a Rent-to-Own arrangement, the equipment is made available to you against recurring payments as set out in your written agreement. Unless and until the plan is completed, the equipment remains the property of Harvezo.
• You must keep the equipment in good condition, use it only as intended, and not sell, lend, sub-let or move it out of the agreed location without telling us.
• Cancellation, non-payment and return of the equipment are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Trainings, workshops and masterclasses

• Seats are limited and are confirmed once payment is received. Fees are non-refundable and cancellations are not accepted, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change the date, time, venue or format of a session. If we cancel a session, we will offer you a new date or a full refund.
• We may take photographs or videos at sessions for use on our Website and social media. Please tell us at the session if you do not want to appear in them.

8. Consulting services

Our consulting and advice are based on the information you give us and on our own experience. Plant growth depends on many factors outside our control, including light, temperature, water quality, nutrients and day-to-day care. We do not guarantee any particular yield, harvest, timeline, savings or income.

9. Safe use of products

• Grow systems and related equipment use electricity and water. Follow the setup and safety instructions we give you, keep electrical parts dry and out of reach of children and pets, and use only the supplied or recommended power equipment.
• Wash all produce before eating. Information on the Website about microgreens and nutrition is general information, not medical advice. Please consult a qualified professional for health concerns.

10. Use of the Website

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to copy or scrape its content in bulk, or to interfere with its working or security.

11. Intellectual property

The Harvezo name, logo, text, photographs, designs and other content on the Website belong to Harvezo or its licensors. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify or use it commercially without our written permission.

12. Third-party services and links

The Website may link to or rely on third-party services such as payment gateways, WhatsApp, maps, fonts and hosting providers. These services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

13. Warranty and limitation of liability

• Products carry the warranty, if any, that we communicate to you in writing at the time of sale. Except as stated there, and to the extent permitted by law, Products and Services are provided on an "as is" basis.
• To the extent permitted by law, Harvezo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of crop, profit or business.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product or Service is limited to the amount you paid for that Product or Service.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Harvezo for any loss or claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a Product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Website or our Services if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as those on payments, liability and governing law, will continue after termination.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue in good faith. Subject to this, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website or Services.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website or Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
