Small leaves, serious nutrition

The Microgreen Catalog.

What exactly are they?

Not sprouts. Not baby greens. Something in between.

Microgreens are the tender first true leaves of vegetables and herbs, harvested just 7–14 days after germination — well past a sprout, long before a full-grown plant. That short growing window is exactly why they're so concentrated: all the plant's early-stage nutrition, in a single bite-sized leaf.

Grown hydroponically in trays indoors, they never touch soil or see a single spray of pesticide — just seed, water, and light, snipped fresh the day you want them.

Why bother with something so small

A pinch goes a long way.

CONCENTRATED NUTRITION

More nutrients per bite

Because all of a seed's stored nutrition goes into that first small leaf, researchers have repeatedly found microgreens carry noticeably higher concentrations of vitamins C, E, K and carotenoids than the same plant fully grown.

EASY TO ADD

No recipe required

No cooking, chopping or prep — a handful on a sandwich, dal, poha, omelette or salad is all it takes. A simple, low-effort way to add variety and freshness to meals you're already making.

TRULY FRESH

Harvested, not shipped

Most market greens travel for days before reaching your plate, losing nutrients and flavour along the way. Ours are snipped the same day — a shorter trip means more stays intact by the time you eat them.

What's inside a leaf this small

Vitamins, minerals and antioxidants — scaled down, not watered down.

General nutrition information, not medical advice — if you're managing a specific health condition, check with your doctor or dietitian before changing your diet.
